In with the new…..out with the old
It is time to clean up the website, remove some items and make way for the upcoming FallWinter season at Kinder Kouture. So what do the trends predict for this Fall? and what will Kinder Kouture be offering?
Ooh la la……a pretty Ballerina
The Arabesque Collection of fabrics from Anna Griffin, are just so lovely. Combined in this gorgeous swirly peasant dress they are even prettier. The only problem with this dress is that you have to realize it takes a lot of fabric to get all of this twirl. Each swirl, and there are 14 in all, is the shape of an elf shoe and takes about 1/2 yard of fabric. This basically explains why the price is a bit more expensive then a regular cut peasant dress.
Picnic Skirt
Every year around this time, I decide to make some skirts. This year things have been a bit busy for me, but my daughter reminded me that she wanted more skirts to wear to school. So, as I was cleaning up my Spring/Summer fabrics……I decided to pull some that I thought would be perfect for skirts.

May Christmas fill your hearts with joy….
It is sometimes hard not to get caught up in the stress of Christmas....decorating both the inside and outside of the house, finding gifts, wrapping them, hiding them, Christmas cards for all your loved ones, baking cookies, and oh let's not forget the Elf on the Shelf that has to be moved every day. When I start to feel like my middle name rhymes with "GRINCH", I grab a cup of tea and play some Christmas music and remember that this is such a special time of year.

Easter is over, so what is next for Kinder Kouture? Yes, lots of pretty floral fabrics in gorgeous pastel tones that are just perfect for a summer day. But that is not all. We will be offering what we call our CRUISE line. Lovely fabrics that include sailboats, and pindots in gorgeous blue and aqua tones. Designs include something for the baby, halter tops and dresses with matching shorts and/or bloomers. I think we covered all our bases, so come take a look.
