Woohoo, today was the first day of school!  It is so much fun seeing the kids all excited and ready to go.  Mommy was excited too, because I got to work uninterrupted for at least five hours…..LOL…..and yes we have another new item that was added to our shop.

All I week long, I could not shake this nagging feeling that I had forgotten something……..it just would not leave me alone. Of course, this week there was so much on my plate that it could have been a number of things.

It is time to clean up the website, remove some items and make way for the upcoming FallWinter season at Kinder Kouture.  So what do the trends predict for this Fall? and what will Kinder Kouture be offering?

It’s that time of year again, when I find myself sewing a lot of leggings, but thank goodness we have a variety of colors to choose from.  Leggings are the perfect accessory for dresses, skirts and tops.

I know CRAAAAAAAAAZY right?  The last thing I want to think about right now is Christmas, but it is that time of year to think ahead, and so I must bring on the first Christmas designs.

I love the summertime, not just because of the sunshine and the beautiful bright colored fabrics I get to work with……but because things slow down.  That gives me plenty of time to design and create.

Today was all about sewing.  Yes, I know I said I would not work on the weekends, but sometimes a project isn’t work, it is just fun.  especially when I get to create something this cute.  

When I look back through this year’s pictures, I absolutely love the direction my sewing has taken.  It reflects my favorite vintage style of patterns, with a touch of modern fabrics.
