This year we are going to have something for everyone. Yes, I know what is on your Christmas Wishlist. Santa and I had a long conversation……LOL…..At Kinder Kouture you will be able to shop for your princess and your prince. Your children will be dressed from head to toe in beautiful clothing.

Time to do a GIVEAWAY….and this time we will host the whole thing right here on the Kinderkouture blog…..of course FACEBOOK fans are welcome to participate, as are instagram, pinterest followers, and all those lovely tweeters.

I think this is definitely my favorite……..I love the peppermint stripe print, and we have added it to the skirt to give the dress that extra special touch. Now just imagine your boy wearing a matching bowtie, or necktie…..Yes, how cute!

What a busy weekend here at Kinder Kouture Clothing. …..and if you think you have seen the last of it……well you are in for a big surprise.

Finally, we were able to photograph, post, and upload these lovely pictures of our second Halloween Dress……….the Cassie Dress……yes named for the famous CASPER character that everyone knows and loves.

There comes a time each year, in which I feel a need, or maybe an urge for FALL to come. Most likely due to the very hot and humid summer months that get on my nerves, or go on way too long for my german blood, but in any case, I long to see acorns, feel a cool breeze on my face when I walk the dog, and the urge to decorate the house for the upscoming seasons.

It’s that time of year where I have to force myself to sew Christmas. It is not just the orders that I am working on but the stack of new fabrics that have to be designed and created into darling little outfits. I have put it off long enough. This week was my first deadline.

Wow, it seems like I have one new item after another right now……but this one is a custom for a customer that wanted the skirt and turquoise knit bodice combined. The details were left up to me.

As promised, I finished up the second dress and although this is one is very colorful, I am madly in love with this fabric combination. The fabrics by the way, are from the Miss Kate line newly released from Moda United Notions, and designed by Bonnie & Camille, one of my favorite designers.

I am so in love with this new fabric, and even more with this new design which I first discovered on an australian blog. Before any questions come flying at me, I designed this pattern myself and no, the pattern is not for sale. However the dress is for sale and is available at Kinder Kouture.

Every year around this time, I decide to make some skirts. This year things have been a bit busy for me, but my daughter reminded me that she wanted more skirts to wear to school. So, as I was cleaning up my Spring/Summer fabrics……I decided to pull some that I thought would be perfect for skirts.

The Arabesque Collection of fabrics from Anna Griffin, are just so lovely. Combined in this gorgeous swirly peasant dress they are even prettier. The only problem with this dress is that you have to realize it takes a lot of fabric to get all of this twirl. Each swirl, and there are 14 in all, is the shape of an elf shoe and takes about 1/2 yard of fabric. This basically explains why the price is a bit more expensive then a regular cut peasant dress.
